By making a reservation you are submitting that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All payments are non-refundable and all sales are final, including instances requiring you to reschedule your skydive to another date. 

• Person must be at least 18 years old on the day of their jump.

• A valid government issued photo ID (showing birth date) is required. 

• We only accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express and Discover credit cards; no checks.

• The card used to make the reservation must be presented at check-in time, this is to prevent fraud.

• Our weight limit is 250 lbs for height to weight proportional people.  Additional fees apply to all skydivers over 200 lbs. Each participant will be weighed, fully clothed with shoes on, at our facility prior to the skydive. If you do not know if you are height to weight proportional, please call (774) 250-5867 and speak with a staff member. 

• You may reschedule free of charge as long as you contact us by phone or email at least 48 hours before your reserved time.  A $50 fee applies for late rescheduling (per person).

• If you decide not to jump after the plane takes off the skydive you purchased has been used and not eligible for transfer or refund.  

• If you do not arrive for your reservation or contact us as previously explained, you will forfeit any payment made to us. A $50 late fee (per person) applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. 

• Every jumper must completely fill and sign a Release of Liability Agreement before their jump.

• All flights require minimum passenger loads to operate. We will do our best to offer you alternate arrangements if minimums are not met. Our planes accommodate 2 instructors and 2 students each flight.

• In cases of inappropriate weather, please check in prior to making your trip to our location. We will issue you a rain check (no refunds) or reschedule your skydive if weather prohibits us from jumping.

• Accounts and credits are valid for up to 1 year from purchase date.

• No outside cameras are permitted on your skydive due to safety reasons. Should your purchased media during freefall or parachute flight not be captured, you are entitled to a refund for only the lost media purchase price.

• Prices are subject to change without notification, reservations made with a deposit are required to pay the balance of the current rate the day of the appointment.

• Our skydiving season is between May and September of each year.
